This is my current team with their corresponding movesets:
Porygon-Z Zap cannon, tri attack, recover, hyper beam. Scizor Focus energy, razor wind, x-scissor, night slash Dragonite Thunder, blizzard, earthquake, fire blast Lucario Psychic, bone rush, dark pulse, dragon pulse. Magnezone Explosion, flash cannon, zap cannon, magnet bomb Rapidash Fire blast, return, poison jab, megahorn.
I am open to all suggestive changes and what best movesets you think I should comparitively use.
Also, I have no idea how to do well against Milotic, Garchomp and Slaking. Someone please help me on how to do well against those three!

Porygon is a Special Sweeper, so I don't think you should worry about Recover as much as another attack move. Maybe a Psychic move. Try to diversify and reach into as many type pools as you can with moves. Scizor looks okay. I would drop Razor Wind as it's a 2-turn attack though. Instead add a Steel move for STAB. Dragonite should have a Dragon move, and a Flying move, both for STAB. Have him relearn Outrage for the Dragon Move. For the Flying, you can go with Aerial Ace. Drop Blizzard and Fire Blast. Lucario should have a Fighting and Steel move, again, for STAB. Drop the moves that don't compliment his EVs. For instance, is he a special or a physical sweeper? Think about that. If he's a mixed sweeper, then you'll just have to use your best judgment and drop whatever seems like the worst moves. Magnezone looks okay. You have two Steel moves though. One Physical and one Special. Drop one according to his EVs and base stats. Rapidash looks pretty good. Again, take into account EVs. Remember: The most important thing to look at when choosing moves is your Pokemon's EVs and base stats. For instance, my Empoleon has entirely Special moves because he's EV'ed in Sp. Atk. My Garchomp has entirely Physical moves because he's a Physical Sweeper, and was EV'ed in Attack. Don't forget to diversify as well. Two moves of the same type (unless one is a supporting move like Roost) is a no-no.Good luck.

Also, I have no idea how to do well against Milotic, Garchomp and Slaking. Someone please help me on how to do well against those three! Oh, I forgot the last part. Milotic is a special sponge, so use a Physical Grass or Electric type attack like Thunderpunch. For Slaking, use a Special Fighting type move because he has high Defenses. I would suggest something like Focus Blast. And Garchomp, I'll let you figure out yourself. Because I don't want you to do well against mine, lol.
